Key Information and Conditions

 

Target groups
 

  • •  Students up to 26 years old (from universities and universities of applied sciences)

  • •  Adults aged 20 and over (e.g. private individuals, companies, organizations and continuing education institutions)

 

Tour duration
 

Approximately 90 minutes at the MUVS, followed by a 30–45-minute tour of the Gynmed Outpatient Clinic.

 
Cost
 
  • •  €16.00 per student or
  • •  €120.00 flat rate for student groups of fewer than 8 people
  •  
  • •  €20.00 per adult or
  • •  €120.00 flat rate for adult groups of fewer than 6 people

The regular admission fee also applies to accompanying persons.

Payment is only possible in cash on site.

Please note that the Kulturpass cannot be used for guided tours or workshops.

Important: Combined tours take place exclusively outside the regular opening hours of both the MUVS and the Gynmed Outpatient Clinic.

  • •  Mondays and Tuesdays from 4:00 p.m.

  • •  Wednesdays to Fridays at 6:00 p.m.

  • •  Saturdays and Sundays, starting between 8:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m., or at 6:00 p.m.

 
Information required when booking
 

  1. Name and address of the university, university of applied sciences, institution or company

  2. Name and contact details of the person responsible for the booking

  3. Mobile phone number of the person responsible or accompanying person

  4. Number of participants (maximum 26)
 
Important: For safety reasons, there is an absolute limit of 26 participants per tour.

Larger groups must be split between two appointments.

There is no minimum number of participants.

 

Cancellation Policy
 
Free cancellation is possible up to 7 days before the scheduled date.

If several consecutive appointments are booked, this cancellation policy applies to each appointment individually—even if appointments are combined at short notice.

After this deadline, a cancellation fee of €90.00 will be charged for each affected appointment.
 
 
 
 
Guided Tours for Adults (aged 20 and over)

 

 

 

We have been offering guided tours and sex education workshops for adults and young people for several years.

The Gynmed outpatient clinic is located opposite the Museum for Contraception and Abortion (MUVS).

For this reason, special tours can be offered that combine a tour of the museum with a visit to the gynecological examination rooms.
